Gambling ads.
You’re over it. Your mates too.
Let’s put an end to it.

Why it matters
1 in 25 young Australians already has a gambling problem. Not adults. Kids. And the ads are a big part of how we got here.
Research has found that 96% of 11–16 year olds recall seeing gambling ads — on TV, on YouTube, scrolling through their feeds. The industry has found them everywhere. The rules have done almost nothing to stop it.
Gambling has been stitched so tightly into Australian sport that kids grow up thinking odds are just part of the game. That’s not an accident. It’s the product of years of unchecked advertising, and it’s on all of us to push back.
WHAT WE’RE CALLING FOR
A complete ban on gambling advertising in Australia — across television, radio, social media, and sport. No more loopholes. No more watersheds that kids stay up past anyway. No more pretending that a few tweaks to the rulebook is the same as protecting young people.
